Sous la responsabilité du Senior Technical Manager, le Benchmark Leader assurera l'évaluation de l'alignement des propriétaires de programmes de certification reconnus (CPO) par rapport aux exigences de l'organisation au niveau mondial. 

Audit et rapport
•Procéder à des évaluations rigoureuses des normes reconnues, afin de garantir l'alignement, à chaque étape, par rapport aux exigences de l’organisation 
•Examiner la documentation avant les évaluations sur place et pendant les audits documentaires afin d'inciter les CPO à fournir des preuves solides de l'alignement continu avec les exigences de l'organisation. 
•Fournir des rapports détaillés sur l'état d'avancement de l'évaluation
•Maintenir les flux de travail grâce à l'outil de gestion de projet Teamwork
•Communiquer efficacement à l'oral et à l'écrit
•Planifier et exécuter les audits d’évaluation avec précision et conformément au cycle de vie du Benchmarking
•Identifier les non-conformités par rapport aux exigences et communiquer les actions correctives nécessaires pour le réalignement. 
•Remettre en question et tester les preuves fournies lors de l'évaluation afin d'en garantir la rigueur et l'authenticité.

Gestion et communication
•Entretenir des relations productives avec les parties prenantes prioritaires (Comité, régulateurs locaux et nationaux, CPO, IGOS, associations professionnelles, opérateurs commerciaux), conformément au plan d'entreprise et à la gouvernance. 

Gestion financière
•Assurer un contrôle rigoureux de tous les coûts liés aux voyages, au nom de nos membres. 

Under the responsibility of the Senior Technical Manager, the Benchmark Leader will ensure the delivery of the assessments of the alignment of recognised certification programme owners (CPO) against the organization’s benchmarking requirements globally. 

Audit and Report
•Deliver rigorous assessments of recognised standards both initially and ongoing to ensure alignment at every stage with the benchmarking requirements 
•Review documentation in advance of onsite assessments and during desktop reviews to challenge CPOs to provide with robust evidence of ongoing alignment with the organization’s requirements 
•Provide thorough reporting on assessment status
•Maintain workflows through the Teamwork project management tool
•Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
•Plan and execute benchmarking assessments with accuracy and in line with the Benchmarking lifecycle
•Identify non-conformance in alignment and communicate the necessary corrective actions required for realignment 
•Challenge and test the evidence provided during assessment to ensure its rigour and authenticity
•Management and Communication :
Lead productive relationships with priority stakeholders (Committee, local and national regulators, CPOs, IGOS, trade associations, business operators as per business plan and governance )
•Financial Management : Ensure rigorous control of all travel-related costs, on behalf of our members.

CE POSTE EST FAIT POUR VOUS SI / THIS JOB IS FOR YOU  IF

•Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience d’audit de 2nde partie ou tierce partie dans le secteur agroalimentaire ou de la restauration hors foyer 
•Avoir été auparavant Responsable sécurité des aliments pour un site de production ou de distribution, mettant en place des exigences de marque et du suivi de la performance des fournisseurs et prestataires de service
•Compétences en management de la stratégie avec excellentes capacité de communication et de facilitation
•Avoir l’esprit d’équipe et être force de proposition et autonome
•Maîtrise de l'anglais(TOEIC 900), maitrise des outils IT Google suite, Salesforce

•Minimum 10 years working in audit primarily carrying out 2nd and 3rd party audits in the food industry & food services
•Previous roles as Food safety managers in manufacturing or retail implementing brand standards and performance monitoring at suppliers/service providers 
•Strong strategic leadership skills with outstanding communication, facilitation skills
•Proven ability to manage projects effectively  
•A strong team player, able to take initiative and work autonomously 
•Fluent in English (TOEIC 900), IT literate – Google suite, Salesforce
