
Regional Marketing Manager Field Crops Seeds EMEA has the following main responsibilities:
DEVELOPMENT OF THE MARKETING STRATEGYEstablishes the strategic vision for field crop seeds in the Europe/Middle East/Africa region.
Defines key objectives in terms of revenue, gross margin, and short- and long-term market share.
Contributes to expanding BASF's value proposition by integrating seeds, crop protection products, and digital platforms.
MONITORING MARKETING IMPLEMENTATION PLANSChallenges commercial demand and decides, as a member of the Seeds S&OP, on adjustments to ensure successful launches.
Supports local seed teams to strengthen the seed culture within the BASF organization.
PRODUCT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENTAnalyzes and prioritizes market trends to integrate them into BASF's R&D objectives.
Actively manages the product portfolio to optimize commercial and financial performance.
EXTERNAL PARTNERSHIPSDefines the strategy for third parties with the "Third Party and Crop Manager Field Crop Seeds".
Participates in key negotiations with external partners to strengthen collaborations.
